Does WalMart sell automotive paints and primers by the gallon? (not the aerosol stuff)?

i heard they did and it was $24.95 a gallon or something…im not really wanting to spend a lot of money on one of my cars but i need to shoot some kind of paint on it to make it look decent…this sounds like a pretty good deal…??? if its real of course….
