What motorcycle should I buy?

I am a new rider. I’m 6 foot 4, and 185 pounds. I need something that is bigger than the Kawasaki 125’s we learned on in the MSF course because I’m way too tall for them. However, I also need something that is under $5000 MSRP. Also, there aren’t really any used bikes where I live, so that’s not really an option. Thanks for the help!
